HOA Approval & Permits

With a signed contract, Lonestar Pool & Spa Design will provide a 2D plan of your pool to support your submission for HOA approval (if needed). 

We will then submit the necessary paperwork to the city of residence and apply for construction permits.

This process can take 2-4 weeks depending on the city and HOA.
